The Versatility of Scarves

Scarves are a basic necessity for any closet simply because they can perform double duty as a belt, a jacket, and a hat when the time calls for it. Not only are they extremely versatile, but they also show versatility in the way they can drape on your body. What you need to look out for are scarves that range in length, design, color, and thickness so that you have a diverse collection of scarves that are fit for every occasion.

Shopping for scarves is always fun because of the huge assortment that already exists between patterns and colors. Below are just some of the beautiful scarves that can do wonders when combined with the right outfit.

These two scarves are perfect for the summer. The design is artsy and eye catching while the material is thin enough so that it doesn't keep you warm during the summer season.

Scarf 1) $125 On Sale!! Vivienne Westwood
Scarf 2) $44.95 Silk Van Gogh "Peach Tree in Blossom" Scarf

In the winter, I find myself always grabbing my red pashmina scarf. A pashmina scarf is a must for those cold days and nights. Not only do they keep you warm, but they come in a vast array of colors and patterns. I would suggest purchasing a scarf that is bold in color like the blue scarf below. I say this because in the winter, the clothes one wears are usually dark and muted. A scarf in a bold color with contrast to you clothes and make you really stand out against the snow.

Infinity scarves fit all seasons depending upon their material. Below are two fantastic options; the black can go for the fall or winter and the pink and yellow can be for summer and spring.

Tomorrow I'll be discussing jewelry. Everything from earrings to necklaces, earrings, rings, and bracelets will be covered. Let me know what you think!
